Shipping and delivery dates

You can find the expected delivery dates in the item descriptions.

As a rule, your order will be on its way to you within one business day (Mon-Fri). We ship with normal booking standard goods mail via Deutsche Post / DHL. For an additional fee we can also send express.

Deutsche Post / DHL has the following delivery times:

Germany:

  • Standard goods mail: 1-4 working days
  • Express goods mail: 1-2 working days (+ additional fee)

EU: 

  • Standard Package International: 5-14 working days
  • Express Packgage International: 3-13 working days (+ additional fee)

 

Customs & import fees

As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs or import fees that may be incurred.
